Growing up, BBQ wasn't just food — it was how we gathered, celebrated, and connected. I spent years perfecting my blends, tweaking ratios, and testing them on everything from brisket to ribs to chicken wings. Friends and family kept asking, "Carl, when are you going to sell this stuff?" So I did.
