Boyd’s Party Ribs Recipe

Boyd’s Party Ribs Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 racks St. Louis-style or baby back ribs
    * Boyd’s Honey BBQ Rub
    * ½ cup BBQ sauce
    * ¼ cup honey
    * ¼ cup brown sugar
    * 4 tbsp butter
    * 2 tbsp apple juice

    Directions

    1. Remove the membrane from the ribs and cut the rack into individual ribs before cooking.
    2. Coat all sides generously with Boyd’s Honey BBQ Rub. Let sit 20–30 minutes.
    3. Preheat smoker to 250°F.
    4. Place individual ribs directly on the smoker grate and smoke for about 1½–2 hours, until the rub has set and they have good color.
    5. Put ribs into a foil pan. Add butter, brown sugar, honey and apple juice. Cover tightly with foil.
    6. Cook another 45–60 minutes, until tender.
    7. Mix BBQ sauce with a little honey. Uncover the ribs, toss or brush them with the glaze, and return to the smoker uncovered for 15–20 minutes to set the sauce.

    🔥 Tip: Give them a light final dusting of Boyd’s Honey BBQ Rub right before glazing for an extra punch of sweet BBQ flavor.
